Requests for returns or exchanges must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery.

Eligible Reasons for Return or Exchange
Returns or exchanges are accepted only if the item arrives with a manufacturing defect or visible damage.
Please note that we do not offer refunds or exchanges due to sizing issues.

Conditions for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unworn, unused, and in their original condition

  • Returned with all original tags attached

  • Sent back in the original packaging

Items showing any signs of wear, use, dirt, or damage will not be accepted.
All return or exchange requests must be approved by our store in advance.

Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to returns or exchanges, except in cases where the item is confirmed to be defective.

Exchange Procedure
Before submitting an exchange request, please contact us and provide clear photos of the item.
Once the request is approved, we will share the return shipping address.
After the returned item is received and inspected, the replacement item will be shipped.
If the requested size is unavailable, we will offer an alternative option or provide store credit.
